Just completed run one week one... feel amazing after it. Recently stopped smoking so the lungs felt a lot better than when I was smoking and running.

Got a long way to as iv signed up for Cardiff half in October. I suppose everyone has got to start somewhere

Yeh well done I just did day 1 too. Although I don’t think I will be signing up to any runs just yet😂

Well done to Wk 1 ! Your going to love the results you see...im on Wk 5 and you will have good and not so good run days but you can do it...(great community on here too to help you through) 🏃‍♀️👊

Well done to you Kelz1302 on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, you will save a lot of money now that you have stopped smoking, that saving will enable you to buy some running gear, good luck for your training for the Cardiff half in October, I think that you do have enough time to train for that providing that you will graduate around 9 weeks time in around the end of April,

After you graduate and run 6 post graduate 30 minute consolidation runs which will take you to the middle of May.

After that you can go on to the B210K podcasts which should take you to the end of June, then you can concentrate on your training for the HM.

Well done, it's good to have a goal! A friend of mine is doing the Cardiff half, but she's been running for ages! You'll be fine. Stay the course to 5k, then go to the bridge to 10. After that, greatness beckons! You can do this. 👍
