I've just completed my first c25k w1 run.....after procrastinating for far too long (about 30 years)! I'm not fit and definitely not a sporty type and am carrying too much weight. However, after getting over the hilarious sight of myself in leggings, I got my ass into gear and did it. It was hard but I'm so happy that I took the plunge. Looking forward to my next outing with Jo Wiley😊

Yeay!

Welcome.. out there and strutting your stuff... keep it steady and slow and keep posting too!

It will be great to hear about your progress. The first step is the hardest....

Well done for overcoming those 'should I, shouldn't I' gremlins. The first step is the hardest and you've cracked that, so onwards and upwards. Keep us all posted on how things are going.

Believe it you've just done the hardest thing, kicking the couch and getting out there. Btw you also just joined the best running club in the world -rain or shine we are here to hear about what went well, badly or indifferently. Well done on making the commitment - in time the leggings may have to make an appearance. We love kit photos.

Well done!! Go for it, I need to go out but my running buddy does not seem keen so off I go alone again I guess 😊
