Well W1R3 after decorating my hallway today proved to be a VERY tough one. Halfway through my legs suddenly thought they were going to start cramping on me but I wasn't having any of that lol and did 2 extra minutes of running just to prove it! So am a teensy weensy bit proud of myself hehehe!

Well done! so much of this running lark is mind over matter. I just read your little bio. Your mental health WILL improve with running. My husband has noticed how mine has improved. Sure, when you have a bad day you may take it a bit harder than some people - I do - but the good ones outweigh the bad ones. Very proud of you!

Forget the extra two minutes.... just go with each run and enjoy !

So big question is your hallway a fetching shade of Runners pink? Other colours are available, but we love pinks and reds.. glad you got back out there after the decorating gap, you should be proud, go take a bow!

Very well done. I also completed week 1 today and it was tough as I stupidly decided to go out mid afternoon in the heat and found it tough going but done it in the end, my thighs are pretty sore right now but looking forward to week 2 on monday, perhaps in the evening this time.
