Buddy ...... come over to the bridge..... it’s a fabulous forum. Many of us consolidated on the bridge. Many of us just run... you don’t need to be doing the 10k plan. It’s a place for lots of us to just share, encourage and support each other’s running no matter what we are doing after C25K. Have a look ... come on ..... just take a peep 👀

Ahhhh I tempted you. So glad!!!!!! There’s no app. It’s pretty much like this forum only it’s called Bridge to 10k. It’s a chat forum like this. If you search on the health unlocked screen you will find it.

Yes I did find that earlier but what I think I need is a structured plan the way c25k is set out with timed runs to get from 5k to 10k
There is a plan. It’s called Ju-Jus plan. Takes 8 weeks. There are a load of us who started and just coming up to the end. Each week Ju-Ju posts the distance and plan with extras too like strengthening. Search Ju Ju and have a look at her posts. There are also plans which others use which they post about so you can pick up ideas too.
