Hello fellow runners !
I can count myself as a runner now it seems, being mid way through week 8 π!
Not sure what "bridge to 10k" is in practical terms - can anyone guide me please, is there a specific app ?!

Thank you π
Graduates usually move onto couch to 5k+ Stepping Stones podcastscbefore Bridge to ten k
There are various programs to get you to 10k but the one offered free here with loads of original tracks us Sami Murphy, and I love it ππβοΈπββοΈ
Ok thank you!
Sounds good how do I tap into that please ...I browsed all communities and couldn't see that one?! π
Andy D made a link to his one drive thing and popped a link to the pidcasts in there

Thank you so much!
I've looked at that link this morning and think I'll go for the 5k speed or stamina next, then steppiing stones .
Choices choices Im looking forward to the next personal running challenge! π
Yeah I decided to consolidate my 5k runs then I think speed is my next one. It's good to have a specific focus I think.....
Thank you π
I've listened to the C25k podcasts and I'm not keen on all the music , "Laura" said there are C25k Plus apps available on iTunes which I guess are similar to the nhs C25k app? Can't find any though - can anyone help me please?
If not ill go straight to the 10k app but feel I ought to up my speed first ....
thanks!
The stepping stones is three mini programmes. SS is weird as it's v slow in places but that's for leg building. Stamina and speed are next up. Do them to death π And then some.
