Yesterday I did the full 20 minute run πΎπ€©πββοΈπββοΈ
I did find the last 2 minutes fairly horrid, I was too hot and felt i had slowed right down.
So next time, Iβll have less clothes on and try and moderate my pace if I need too without feeling ive let myself down if I do so.
Iβm looking forward to week6 πͺπͺ
