Congratulations Rubinstar on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks πΆ and runs π
Always listen to the weather forecast on the days that you are going to run, if it's warm you don't need to wear any more than running shorts and a runners sleeveless vest. They say that apart from warm weather you should wear for your runs as if the temperature is about 4C warmer.
I struggled round about the 12 minute mark and started to slow down and I had the same issue, I wore a hoodie and struggled with the heat, I think it didn't help I've been running in the same clothes be it - 1Β° or 10Β°
Im looking forward to week 6 too, defo going to shed a layer of clothing off.
Good luck! I normally run at night in the week for two runs so itβs colder then, you forget the daylight brings some extra warmth! Definitely keep going, you can do it... rooting for ya πͺ
