Second run of wk9 and it went just as good as r1 , I can't quite believe how much I struggled with wk 7 and 8 and this week is a massive turnaround, it's all thanks to c25k and all the support on here so thanks. Graduation on Friday bring it on 😊😊😊😊

Great stuff, Buddy! Nearly there. Me, too - I’ve got my W9 R3 Graduation run later today. Slightly daunting thought and bit of stage fright, but the sun is shining here today, my running gear is neatly ironed and trainers cleaned ... er, well, erm ... the sun is shining ... so no excuses! Let’s go for it! 👍🏻
