Well done Andy! I've still not done my w8r3, achilles still not right, but feeling better each day. Done a couple of 2 and 3 mile Nordic walks at a reasonable pace in order to keep exercising, but want to make sure I finish the C25K without further injury! Did you get the Pulseroller?

Very wise regarding keeping up the exercise and good luck with W8R3, but don't attempt it until the achilles is 100%
As it happens, the Pulseroller is being delivered this afternoon, I ordered the Pulseroll Plus, so I'm really looking forward to using it after the runs.
