Week 5 Run 3 in the bag!

Week 5 Run 3 in the bag!

Well well well i dont believe it but i did it! I was slow and steady but i did it. 20 mins done!

Im hoping my speed does eventually pick up as im currently doing as Micheal says and its a light jog but i light jogged for 20 mins. Happy me 😀

Fantastic! Do remember the advice on here re: W6. It can be a bit of a shock if you're not prepared. I found it harder than W5 but as I knew what to expect, I was mentally prepared for it.

Very well done. W5R3 is quite a milestone. As Determinedbear said, week 6 can seem a bit odd - back to interval running, but week 7 onwards are brilliant. Keep going 😄
