Yes, the dreaded 20 min run completed. It wasn’t too bright to put in a steep hill for the 1st time that nearly killed me in the 1st 5 minutes of the run, but after that did it quite comfortably. Not a PB but you can’t have everything! I will settle for the completion!

It's becoming increasingly obvious to me,as the runs get longer,that I live in a place of many inclines.
I think I'd follow your lead though and get it done first,pace myself,then go at whatever speed I have left in me for rest.
Well done.
Don't worry about pb,getting it done is priority.
What was your distance? I know what you mean about hills I can't get away from them here in North Wales! 😃
