Week 9 Run 3

I have done it, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes...... Not excited in the slightest. Who would have thought that a few weeks ago I would be struggling to run for a minute at a time, and this morning I was able to run steadily for a full 30 minutes. I also managed to do over 5k. Keep going everyone still on the programme, it is well worth it. Ps Thanks all of those people for the motivation over the last few weeks and how do I get my graduate badge?
