Just wanted to reassure anyone worried about wk5r3.... it’s ok! I think I found it easier than the walk/runs as once I forgot about running and focussed on my music it seemed to go very quickly. I can’t believe the progress in 5 weeks. So to anyone approaching this week and feeling nervous, just go for it. You’ll be amazed.

Well done to you Mathilda1 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, as you say there is nothing to worry about that 20 minute run.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃, take them slow and steady. 😊

Honestly it wasn’t the hardest run so far and feel so chuffed for having done it. Forget the worry of running for 20 minutes and just plod on until it’s finished. If I can do it anyone can! I totally embrace my inner snail but it works. I agree with the advice on here of trust the programme. Hope you have a good wk5r3 x
