Felt good after today's run.  It was easier than I had anticipated. I think it may be easier to go longer than the start and stop.  I have a little anxiety for R3!  Wish me luck!  That will be Wednesday!  And it's in the 80's here!  HOT!

Where are you ? I would do R3 as early as possible if you  on the day , before it gets unbearably hot :-)

We are freezing our wotsits off here in the UK, rain, sleet you name it , weve had it :-)

I am in the US.  Georgia to be exact.  It's hot!  I may try to get up and run before work on Weds. Gotta keep the faith that I can do it!

Well done kc - that's great. If it helps, I found the most important thing for w5d3 was a positive mental attitude: you CAN do it and you WILL do it :-) and secondly to pace yourself slowly.

I mean _really slowly_.

 If you get to the end of the run and think you could do it quicker then you will get the chance to do a 20 minute run again really soon. On the other hand, going too fast will be disastrous.

You will rock it, I am sure - Laura knows what she is doing :-). I look forward to hearing about it in a few days!

Think how far you have come and do not worry about what is to come... you will be fine.

You will manage it just fine. Be sure to come back and tell us all about it. You're ready for it, you've trained for it, now you can get out thereand run for 20 min, how amazing is that?! Best run ever!
