Just run for 25 minutes, as Sarah says I can now call myself a runner. Looking forward to week 7 to continue building up my stamina. Thanks for all those words of encouragement. Couch to 5K works!

it was a 25 min solid run! and i was ready to do it and really looking forward to it and it did not...
