Not having a great weekend as feeling really anxious for no reason, but I decided to carry on with the programme today. I really want to perform well when I do the run 3 (20') so have been repeating run 2 (2x8') three times this week, I figured that the more comfortable I become with it, the easier run 3 will be. Famous last words! In any case, I have seen an improvement run after run and I hope to complete the 20' some time next week.
I am not running very fast though, an average of 8'30/km. I wonder if this is too slow?
wishing everyone a good end of Sunday.

Just relax. take it gently... you know the runs.. you know you can do them... so this time around, enjoy even more, and if you have time... pop in and read the latest Catch Up Corner post... all about our own happy pace
I agree with Lottie! I’m redoing the programme and my average pace is slower than that 😂. I shall be even slower when doing W5 R3. This is not the time to even consider your pace! Maybe you won’t ever want to increase it, and that would be fine, too. There is no ‘too slow’ 😊
