A great start to the day if you run first thing! Makes enough for 2 breakfasts.
50g rolled oats
200g fat free natural yogurt
100g frozen fruit
Tsp honey if you think you need it!
Mix together night before...divide into 2 bowls, cover, into fridge and waiting for you after your run!

I'll definitely give that a try. I usually have a bowl of porridge and a glass of home-made yogurt for breakfast, so just have to find some frozen fruit. Or I could go with adding in fresh fruit in the morning.
I love overnight oats. There are some fab ones on Wholefully.com. Some stray into calorific territory though . Delicious mind you ๐. I have 50g of oats for one serving ๐๐๐ 70 g for a long run and double porridge for a marathon. Itโs the stuff all right ๐
I've done it with cashew milk (instead of yoghurt), frozen blueberries, cinnamon and some grated apple. Have to adjust the amount of oats depending on the juiciness of the apple.
