Well I started this week with great trepidation feeling panicked about a whole 90 seconds of jogging non stop BUT it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! In fact I made a silly mistake thinking the end of a song was going to be Sarah telling me to run so I started and then any seconds later she actually piped up telling me to start so I accidentally went a little longer! All in all feeling positive - oh and i started listening to Run fat b!tch run! On audio book last night... the pic is of me and my youngest son who comes along to keep me going even though he laps me!

You’ve done the hardest run: week 1 run 1. I’m not saying the rest are easy, but that first run is definitely the worst one. It’s amazing how quickly your fitness build up on this program. A big shout out to your youngster for being supportive. How wonderful!
