Whoa this was a toughy in the snow! My legs felt like they were sandbags which was odd and also although I’ve invested in a sports bra I think I need some industrial knickers as my butt felt quite Juddery following along behind me this morning! Did it though and am ecstatic!!!!

Great work ⭐️ Heavy legs can be a sign of poor hydration - might be something to check on ? All the best with week 2 x
