After yesterday there was no way hubbie was going to golf this morning before I’d done my first run of week 3.... managed to dodge the rain and felt ok! Love having Sarah Millican in my ear 😁

It seems like you’re running every day if you completed W2 R3 yesterday, it’s not advisable to run everyday, they say one rest day between runs is mandatory to complete the programme without injury.
I don’t want to sound like I’m an authority on this, just what I’ve been advised.
You’re right and I have had a break for every other run but I knew I wouldn’t get the three in this week if I didn’t start it today so it’s a one off 👍 plan to do a lot of resting (on the sofa with my feet up) and possibly a nice glass of Merlot too 🍷xx
Lol I know I’m too soft 😉 I know! I was well chuffed completing today - not thinking about it getting any harder though 🙄... just focusing on one day at a time 👍
