Well I’m about to go away for a long weekend walking the Surrey countryside. So because I was worried about low step count today I got up super early and have been pounding round my lounge using the NHS active 10 app - happy to get in the car now having 15k steps in the bag already. I’ll get the rest at the other end.
Need to keep my walks brisk as I won’t get to run my week 2 C25K until Tuesday.
