Big weekend and a 5k

Had a big family weekend to welcome grandchild number 9; cooked 4 main meals for 9 people and even did a ParkRun with one daughter and grandson! Happy days! Hope everyone’s had a great weekend.

Never run with small persons..my small runner in training,at 3 years old is already hard to catch!

Yes that happend to me yesterday at parkrun, a 11 year old lapped me, I thought, "well if I was 11. I might have been running that fast", there were no parkruns when I was 11.

Congratulations what a busy weekend. I’ve a few months to wait for 1st grand child only half baked at the moment but kicking mum something rotten so looks like my running skills will come in useful - unless it’s practicing for football
