Well here I am having completed W9R2 never thought I would do this, thought I might have completed in January but hey February will be fine. I am still not running 5K in 30 mins but am not downhearted, still aim to keep on going increasing my time until I can run the 5k and once I have a time, I can then see if I can reduce said time over a period. no bad for a diabetic, cancer surviving 65 year old - Positive Mental Attitude has helped me through so much and will continue in the future. So keep trying all you novices out there. Good luck.

Well done. Your just one run away from Graduation. Very very few run 5K in 30 mins. I have been a graduate of C25K for 19 months and have only managed a sub 30 min 5k once before last night. It takes a long time to get used to running and 5K.

Parkrun is an amazing way to get an official time for 5K. If you do take it really easy for your first Parkrun, and it then means that you could smash your time the next week.

Great running. That 5k will come, but 30 minutes running is what gives us the health benefits. Love every step of that graduation run.
