Well W5R2 rocked up this morning like it was," the daddy", all hints and allegations and full of buts ,"but it's too cold", "but you don't feel too good" ,but... but !! Well we kicked its "but" for a cool 28 minutes and we smiled gratuitously as W5R2 and it's sorry bottom was left flagging in our wake !! We Done , did ,do it , guys !! Friday,s R3 has been put on notice that simular stimulation to its nether region will be applied ,and vigoresly , should any resistance be forth coming. (Lol !!)

Thank you CP2 !! Yes Fridays run will be at the slow and steady pace we set down earlier today .As I said to my wife on completing R2 " we only have an additional 4 minutes to run next time out ".Very , very do- able this C25K, as the increments all come in bite size pieces !!

Yes I was thinking on that while I was running it. Some people also find the fact that it doesnt stop and start a blessing. I tend to take a bit of time to warm up but once I've passed that, it was a pleasant run and mind over matter!

Great post... good kicking of buts!

Enjoy that run on Friday... you’re ready and it won’t know what kicked it.
