I've only been "running" since September but my shoes were getting worn. I had a gait analysis at week 2 and was told I needed neutral shoes.
Today I went to my local specialist running shop clad in running gear and old shoes. The boss man was brilliant and as soon as he saw me said you overpronate. He was so helpful, did a gait analysis and showed me exactly what he meant and how different shoes could help.
After an hour, trying a few pairs and test runs up and down the path outside I settled on these beauties!
Can't wait to go out again so roll on Monday 🏃♀️

Oh those are lovely, Carolyn! Did you get them in Norwich? If so which shop? I have not been that happy with my gait analysis I have had done in a couple of shops in London. Wishing you many happy miles running in them! x
Glad you had a good experience - I was told they were brilliant by my Physio and made a special trip in November to see them - couldn’t have been less interested - no gait analysis, wrong shoes and I’m sure they contributed to me now having to take a month off with my wretched shinproblem. I complained and they couldn’t have been more aggressive. Will never go there again!
