Quite nervous this morning at tackling the step up from week 3! I plan to try it in half an hour or so, so will see how I get on - however the cold and darkness outside my Bristol hotel room doesn’t look very inviting - but I will try it. W3R3 on the South bank of the Thames on Monday was quite enjoyable (never thought I’d say that about running). Will I be saying the same after W4R3 on Sunday, but at least I’ll be running in familiar surroundings by then in the Peaks???

You can do it! Run nice and slow and you’ll get through. I did this run yesterday and it wasn’t as bad as I’d imagined

Just back and did it! Wasn’t as bad as I thought as I took it easy especially with the icy pavements! Was also a pleasant run around the Bristol dockside. Looking forward to trying again on Friday. That’s the longest I can remember ever running - I feel pretty good at the moment. You were all right - I had nothing to be nervous about!
The progress not only is amazing, it feels so great. Well done for getting out there. I can promise you, you’re going to be staggered by your progress!
