I didn’t quite make it the first time but I’ve done it today 🏃‍♂️😆🥳

I went on the park instead of running along the canal. I found it more challenging running on the grass but I did it.

Slow and steady. I’m still embracing my inner snail 🐌

I managed this run last night too! I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it but I did. I’m so pleased you made it - it’s a great feeling isn’t it? I actually went “YES!” when I finished so I hope nobody in the park heard me 😳
