Finally getting the hang of running slowly ππββοΈπ
Iβd been really apprehensive about this run as it seemed a big jump to go from a total of 9 mins running in wk3 to a total of 16 in wk4.
Had also been worried about an old knee problem that seems to have been resurrected since starting C25K.
But I did it! Slow, steady and loved it πππ Knee seemed ok while running though quite achy now.
Roll on W4R2! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
