I was quite happy sat on my couch doing sod all.....then my barber says try C25K.....
I don’t want to wear Lycra! I don’t want to get up at 6 to go running! I don’t want to be obsessed with running! I don’t want to do Stretching! ......so what do I do?
1) Buy Lycra bottoms....(not worn them yet obviously 🙄not confident enough yet)
2) Leap out of bed at 6 itching to start the next run
3) Think about Running & Running related things clothing, progress, etc
4) Do Stretches
This program creates Monsters! Running obsessed Monsters! 🏃♂️ 👹
