W4R1 This program is Ridiculous!

Ridiculously Brilliant!!

I was quite happy sat on my couch doing sod all.....then my barber says try C25K.....

I don’t want to wear Lycra! I don’t want to get up at 6 to go running! I don’t want to be obsessed with running! I don’t want to do Stretching! ......so what do I do?

1) Buy Lycra bottoms....(not worn them yet obviously 🙄not confident enough yet)

2) Leap out of bed at 6 itching to start the next run

3) Think about Running & Running related things clothing, progress, etc

4) Do Stretches

This program creates Monsters! Running obsessed Monsters! 🏃‍♂️ 👹

Just, bought my first Lycra top, but not brave enough to wear it, leggings, baggy t shirt and Gillett with pocket for my phone... though tried arm strap for phone yesterday, but will take some getting used to. Did invest in some Skechers trainers and they are brilliant, albeit getting a bit dusty.... will start to think about new ones for the autumn. Keep running

Get it on.. and head out and make sure your running shoes are okay..they will be the best asset for your running..next to you!
