Just finished week 2 C25k and felt a pull in my groin on my last run last night. It is really painful to walk this morning. How long should I rest it. I am gutted as it was going so well!

Until that pain goes.... try to keep moving gently though and if it eases.. there are some good abductor exercises which may help.
E.g.

But.. we are not medical experts so..if it does not ease, then please do get checked out
