Been to docs about swollen knee , after examining he said he can't detect any fluid , it's a slight ligament strain & I will be ok to do my running but not to go mad for a wk . It's not as swollen as it was but I'm def taking it steady this wk .

Glad it's nothing more serious. I'm still laid off the running - with a cold now, maybe tomorrow though!

So glad it's nothing serious enjoy your run

Be careful of knees! A was almost in need of rescuing from Helvellyn some years ago. As a navigation instructor, it was rather embarassing.

I would suggest looking at Vulkan knee supports. I swear by mine. OK, it's tight, but it supports well and the heat that builds-up seems to do the trick. Just remember to take it off at night

Good luck
