W3R1 - Spied on by a swan

Did my first run of week 3 this morning, yay, 3 minutes of running!!! Probably doesn't sound like a long time but you really realise the length of a minute when you're running! Just as Jo came on to tell me I was half way through, I thought it was up, good job she told me to keep running immediately!

Half way through I was spied on by this swan who looked very confused, probably interrupted his sunbathing with my huffing and puffing!!

Roll on W3R2...

"Doesn't sound a long time"? It does when you're doing tho eh? I'm looking forward to W4 now. Tho I know with absolute certainty that no-one can or has ever run for 5 minutes continuously :-)

Well done to you. Good swan avoidance strategy too!

It really does, I can't believe how long 3 minutes is!! I started counting to make sure my app wasn't playing up, but realised that the counting makes it seem even longer! Decided that music loud and concentrating on the words and dancing slightly was my motivation.

Haha, we can do this, we just have to remember the feeling when we complete it! When do you start W4??

You can run and dance at the same time? U megastar!!

I'm up for W4 starting on Saturday morning. Got a sports physio appointment tomorrow (no aches or pains, just wanted a precautionary look and maybe some exercises) so hopefully they won't say "Stop this right now!!" :-)

Haha it is minimal, more mouthing the words and some finger dancing!!!

Hope it goes well, I got some proper trainers today and it is amazing what you learn from these things!!
