So, that last post a couple of weeks ago ... meh. I thought they were getting along but my one knee went on strike. Big time. So, I found a massage therapist. She said ‘I just do my massage - not sports massage or any of that other stuff’ 🤷♀️ so, I said ‘okay, then’. Still told her my story of winge and regret. Next day : magic. Been busy all week but finally pressed reset on the app today and went for a run in the cold sunshine. I actually did better than my previous ‘speed-walking’ style. Slow - but feet off the ground. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
