Complete my second run last night, all good yet again and really enjoyed the run, never took the rest day in between as I had other training commitments on Tuesday, same goes for today, I will fit a rest day in at some point. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work

Rest days are essential at every stage of the programme..... if you cannot manage them, in between each run in the week, then take more in between as necessary...At this early stage injuries even hidden ones may occur.

That’s not a good idea... you’ll develop your running legs slower doing that, if you’re lucky enough to not get injured.

Sure... but for both progress and reducing the injury risk, you could have run two days ago, rested and gone again today. There’s no requirement to stick to the weeks, and it’s better to take a bit longer over the plan than to get an injury that could stop all your training for weeks/months. Can’t fault your enthusiasm, but the mentor and admins can probably point you to lots of posts where it ended badly going off plan and rushing it.
