Finally got out on my run, after the last minute rush to get an English assignment finished for uni.
Managed to get around but legs running away with me when I started to tire, then going too fast and puffing like a steam engine. The cross-trainer is so much easier!
Still enjoying getting out with my music and 'me' time so much. Looking forward to the next one.

well done! I'm on Wk2 R2 tonight with my achey legs. I'm drinking loads of water as advised so fingers crossed my legs aren't so heavy. Will report back!
