I sat all afternoon really anxious about doing my first session of week 4, running for a full 5 minutes scared the you know what out of me! I decided to read some of your posts on here and that gave me the push I needed to get out of the house and get it done. And I did it! I wanted to thank you so much, your posts are so supportive and informative and give me confidence I never thought I would have. I am LOVING this journey and NEVER EVER thought I would be able to achieve what I have. I'm hardly doing more than a jog, but keeping it 'slow and steady' is really helping me. Thank you everyone, you don't Know how much you have helped me! ππ»

Just remember to trust the programme and not worry about it - well done for getting out there and completing another run.
