It’s been a while since my week 9 started as I put myself off by doing a 5k on run 1! I since then did a park run for run 2 which was also brutal ...so for the last run I listened to you lovely lot & just did very slow ( even my dog was walking next to me) run. I amazed how good I felt at 30 minutes ...I did try and pick up to a normal slow jog for 100 metres but the old asthma /lungs didn’t like it. I think slow slow is what I need to do until I feel more confident with my lungs. Thank you all so much - I nearly had a little cry on my own after my Run3! ( happy tears ).....felt so emotional. I wish I had found this forum earlier. Thank you al so much you got me over the line. Can I still stay on here ? And keep listening to the app or is that weird ? X #graduation

And do hang around to keep us up to date.
I know some people have restarted the program but instead of walk breaks they do a slow jog and a faster step in the running sections. Just a thought
Well done, I am still here and I graduated 3 years ago.
