Hi everyone, just thought i’d say hello! I’ve just completed week1 run 2. I’m not at all fit and I found runs 1&2 very hard, but in hindsight I think I actually quite enjoyed them! I really want to stick to the programme, I usually give up on things after the novelty wears off!

Great for getting through to wk2 it's not until you've finished a run that you realised that you enjoyed it if you find it a bit hard that's good don't think you'd feel the same if it was easy . I think so anyway 😊

Welcome. Great job on the first two runs... maybe slow a little to make them less hard? Keep pushing yourself out of the door and enjoying yourself... form a habit and let the addiction kick in! Enjoy your journey.

Thank you! My next run is tomorrow, good idea to slow down, let’s see how it goes!

Well done- the first runs are the hardest. Remember that we are all here virtually jogging alongside you. Good luck with your next runs. I don’t know how this c25k programme works but if you stick with it it does! 😊🏎
