Take it slow and steady, it's ok if your 'run' is more of a slow jog, shuffle or sluff around the park. And , if you need to repeat a run or a week of runs, that's ok too. Remember, you are doing this for you, no one else and progress is progress regardless of speed.

Fantastic! That's probably one of the hardest runs. I did week 3 run 1 yesterday and fully expected to fail but finished it wanting more. High five ✋!
