Have just done W2 run 2 and an hour later am still looking like a beetroot - is this normal?

Great that you enjoy 🏃 Slowboat, I like your username but it's OK if you run slower, perhaps the reason why you still look like a beetroot a hour later is that you are 🏃 too fast. 😉
Thanks for that - you could be right. If I go any slower though I'm not sure it would count as running
It can be... we start this out of shape and recovery time is a big indicator of fitness. I was like you describe in the early weeks, now I’m all normal in a few minutes, breathing drops to normal in about two. You’ll notice this improving over time.

Beetroot is the in colour and slow? It is just perfect! Slow, is the new fast!
