Well done you, for doing week 1! *blows party blower* always remember, the thought of doing it is worse than actually doing it. Sooner or later, you're going to start looking forward to going out and you'll dream about kitting up for a run.
You can do this!
Thanks! I do feel great that I've finished week one, the breathing seems to be OK but my shins, ouch! Lots of warm down walking ahead of me! How's your running? X
sadly, at the moment, I'm on the Injury Couch. I managed to do something to my foot and ankle during my run on tuesday evening. I'm resting it for tonight and seeing how it goes, if it feels better tomorrow, I'm going to defer until Friday.
Oh no! Hope it improves quickly!!
so do I. since I finished C25K, I use an App called 'Zombies,Run!' (it's loads of fun), I was really looking forward to my next run. T_T

Enjoy your journey.
The hardest bit is putting your trainers on. Your out there doing it. Which is a lot more than most. Keep being awesome. From fellow 40yr old mum of 2. 😊
You'll be fine. Don't look ahead too much - trust in the programme and you will do it. You can always repeat runs and it can take as long as you like (doesn't have to be 9 actual weeks). Take it slow and steady. Good luck! x 👍😀🏃♀️🏃♀️
