Yay W7 complete! Found today's run a little heavier on my legs but it might be that I started off a tiny bit faster than usual. Breathing was great though. I can't quite believe the difference breathing wise from the first run (when I thought I was dying) to now! I downloaded the Greatest Showman soundtracks to listen to. Wow, I find them so motivational to run to. Great beats that fit in with my pace, especially This is Me. Very apt song...I don't care what I look like when I run...this is me!!!! 😂😂

Hehe I have been know to do a little dance on my runs, I love my time with my music, it is one of my favourite things about running. Glad it is going well for you. Rfc x
