Oddly appears I was slower than W6R3 but I'm not fussed. I had to avoid snow patches, ironworks etc due to the weather but the main thing is I happily ran for 25 mins without gasping, without praying for the end.
I changed my route so had a lovely view of the South Downs for a bit with the moon brightening up ahead of me.
It was super cold. In the last quarter I could feel my thighs getting colder and colder. I could also feel early on my chest struggling with the cold air so I reverted to a breathing technique I use when feeling asthmatic, of trying to hold my breath after breathing in for a second (or even millisecond) before breathing out, this allows more of the oxygen to get into your body on each breath.
Really hoping the weather doesn't get in the way of the next one and so happy that the crazy snow I had on my commute into work was gone in time for my run! ππ
