Early morning run

So I did it W2R3 I never thought I'd type that! I was up before the birds this morning 5.30 am (yes AM). No I'm not mad. I just thought I'd do my 3rd run before work which I thoroughly enjoyed (I can't believe I said enjoyed there) but I did. It was a lovely quiet run and I couldn't sing at the top of my voice as didn't want to wake those sleeping beauties still in bed. However when is a briske walk not a briske walk? I think my first warm up walk I'm doing too briskly as I seem to get out of breath with that one more than the runs and the other walks! Maybe I'll try a bit slower for W3R1 on Thursday. Wish me luck. 😁
