Early morning run - w7r3

I really enjoyed this morning's run. I went into it telling myself that I could make it through the first 10 min slog but waited for the whole 10 mins to feel exhausted and never did! Could I have found my running legs already? It was lovely running in the park at 6:20am but towards 7am it was already getting hot. Next time I'll try getting out just before 6am!

Great to hear it went well and you enjoyed it. Well done you 🏃‍♀️😊👍

Glad you enjoyed it! Close to graduation now! I'm supposed to be doing w7r3 tonight but weather app is showing 26° for 8 pm and 19° for 6am neither of which appeal 🥴

26 at 8pm?! Crazy! No wonder I struggle to go to bed.

Went and done it at 8pm, there was a bit of a breeze, but it was tough within the first 5mins I was too hot and ready to pack it in. Slowest run I've done, but at least it's done😀 On to week 8😊😊
