Just embarked on week 2 and feeling much more confident then last week. It was hard going but I'm enjoying the challenge and trying not to feel embarrassed of my snails pace of a jog. Am finding that my knees are sore after each run. Hoping this will ease with time.

The important thing is we are doing it, I did W2R3 this morning and am also going at a snails pace but it’s so good to know others feel the same. And hopefully over the next few weeks our snails will get slightly faster.
