Week 4 run 2 calf muscle pull

Just been for run 2 of week 4, forced myself out however half way through my right calf muscle pulled and I ended up limping home. What should I do and will it stop me running. I was just getting in to a routine☹️

Rest, ice & elevation may help - especially if there is swelling. Gently rollering it gives a deep massage, ( you can buy foam rollers, but I just used my rolling pin very gently when this happened to me). It needs to heal before you run again. Take care of you! 😀
