Week 4 Run 2

What a difference! One of you lovely lot said that the next run would go smoothly and it absolutely did! I left the house in a bad state of mind. I was tired and hungry and hot and just.. not in the mood. But I went out, took it slow and really enjoyed it. It was still tough but I really came back with a sense of achievement. Oof! Thank you to all of you who kindly commented on my last post, your support is utterly priceless ☺️👍🏻

Smashing it Tee!! I still find it amazing how we can start off, tired, hungry and not in any kind of mood but we get out there and do it and it feels fantastic, it seems to have been the start to silly season at work so I haven’t been able to do the run I was supposed to do on Wednesday 😫 I’m praying for a quiet night tonight and I can get out tomorrow 🤪🤘🤪🤘

I think it’s so easy to forget the difficulty of that very first run, the nervousness and the absolute knackeredness of it all! I am feeling pretty pleased with myself. And you! Look at you and how amazing you have done. Absolutely knocking it out the park 💪🏻

I have every faith in you Tee 😊. If you haven’t already done so, I do not recommend looking at the Week 5 schedule in advance.

Thank you so much ☺️

Week 4 run 1 was without a doubt my hardest run, I was nearly crying after that first 5 minute run, I came so close to quitting. I still don't know how i got through that last 5 min run.. It's just a massive jump from week 3. When i finished week 4 i knew i could do it. So can you. Congratulations!
