Yes first two runs were good, but need to keep up the motivation ! Have done a few ‘lean in 15’ hit sessions but need to get out and do my third run very soon !

Welcome... very well done. Hope your couch is ok, it’s a tough time for a couch... one day you’ll be in from a long run and then your couch will know how loved it is! Enjoy the journey.
