Nuts few weeks so no time for running.

So thought I’d try starting on W 5, big mistake, started new weight watchers thing too, so massively struggled, so am going back to w1 and let’s do this!

Good plan! You'll be able to enjoy the way fitness builds up so quickly. I loved the first few weeks. Happy running 👍

I was in w5 too and have had a busy 3 week gap. Also fell off the WW online wagon. Feeling a bit of a failure. Good for you for starting again.
