After not running for 4 weeks because of a chest infection it was our first run yesterday, what a hot π₯΅ day to start back.
A steady 5 mins warm up walk and just under 2k in 15 minutes and that felt like enough π, plus the walk home.
But today it feels so good to be back out there, looking forward to our next run on Friday, and I have just realised it will be our 3rd runniversary since we graduated on the 19th, where did those 3 years go.ππββοΈπ
